Town Accountability ID’s
The Town of Bethlehem has adopted a uniform accountability ID which is being issued to ALL emergency personnel within the county. It is mandatory that these ID’s be worn on all calls. Please contact an officer ASAP if you have not already been issued an ID.

BVAS NECKS
At the last monthly meeting the membership approved the purchase of mock turtle necks for all members. There will be a sign-up sheet posted at the building. Sweat pants are also available ($9), however BVAS will only be supplying the turtle necks. See Cathy Marsh with any questions.

PCR SHORTAGE
Due to the declining economy, NYS REMO has decided to longer provide it’s agencies with PCR’s. Do not complete any PCR’s for stand-by’s, or cancelled calls until further notice.

In Appreciation
As I think about the years past, I find myself wondering if it wasn’t for some specific “hands” whether there would be anything for the rest of us to do. Both Rod Raynor and Norma June are two of those individuals. For many of us, Rod has served this community and organization as Captain for as long as we can remember. Like wise, Norma has served on the Board of Directors as recording secretary and has sworn many of us into the organization as members. Their dedicated service is proof that one or two people with sincerity, integrity, and loyalty can make a difference. The members of Bethlehem Volunteer Ambulance, and the residents of the Town of Bethlehem, are forever grateful for the time and effort these two devoted individuals have put forward.
